The Kerava–Porvoo turns 150 years old on 16.7.2024. To celebrate this several heritage trains will run on 20.–21.7. and there will be special program.
On Saturday you can travel from Riihimäki, Hyvinkää, Järvenpää and other places to Porvoo on the Railway Museum's own heritage train "Valtteri". Also a chance to experience the freight-only northeastern side of the Kerava triangle track!
In Porvoo you will have about three hours time to visit the medieval centre and explore the celebrations, or even take a "local" heritage train to Hinthaara and back!
